The NextGen Mission: To raise the standard for supplemental and individual soccer development training.

 

Flipping the Framework: NextGen flips the standard coaching framework in the United States, in which individual and supplemental training is relegated to coaches who have neither the time nor expertise to properly support player development, by providing a professional, long-term, development environment for players and their families.  NextGen fully supports players on their development journeys by providing skill development training, performance/SAQ (soccer-specific athletic) training, match analysis, and narrowly tailored/objective-based training camps, as well as access to college and professional placement/recruitment programs and soccer-specific mental conditioning programs.

NextGen's coaches are current professional youth coaches at top MLS, ECNL, and USL academies and are former professional and top level collegiate players, all of whom specialize in player development. NextGen coaching focuses on progressive phasing, contextual skill building, and layered development to improve player performance and meet long-term player development objectives.  In addition to player development services provided directly through NextGen, NextGen ensures that every supplemental and developmental need of its players is met through strategic partnerships with other top-tier and development-focused programs.
