    Individual Performance Training focuses on the combined athletic movements required to bring technical skills to life on the field. Performance training includes: plyometrics, compound movements, reaction training, banded and bodyweight exercises, resistance training, and speed, agility, and coordination training. Through these sessions, players develop strength, explosiveness, and balance. The NextGen Approach places great emphasis on being "an athlete", and our coaches move step-by-step with players through key athleticism building movements and exercises to maximize their athletic potential.

     

    All sessions are 45 minutes of high intensity work.

     

    Checkout Note: All "NextGen" locations are in Brooklyn (when checking out with a "NextGen Indoor" or "NextGen Outdoor" location, please select "Brooklyn" from the "Player Preferred Location" dropdown.  If you wish to train outside of Brooklyn or at a non-NextGen location in Brooklyn, please select the "Player Preferred Location" option as well as the location of your preferred facility.

    • No playing experience required.

      Players required to bring trainers (running shoes) and cleats to all sessions.

    • Base Session Price: $160

      NextGen Outdoor Facility: + $0.00 per session

      NextGen Indoor Facility: + $45.00 per session

      Player Preferred Facility: + $30.00 per session

      Player Preferred Location: Brooklyn (+ $0.00) / Manhattan (+ $10.00) / Queens (+ $10.00) / Bronx & Westchester (+ $15.00) / Other NYC Location (+ $20.00)

      5 / 10 / 20 session packages include per session discounts of 5% - 15%.
